Medium-Fine Grind
200 ml water, 95°C
- Add your filter paper to the aeropress cap and rinse.
- Replace the cap, adding the coffee to the chamber
- Pour in 200ml water, ensuring all the coffee is wet
- Wait for 2 minutes
- Place the plunger on top of the brewer
- Push the plunger in approx 1cm to create suction
- Gently swirl the brewer
- Wat a further 30 sec
- Invert the brewer over your server or cup (watch for drips!)
- Gently push the plunger all the way, approx 30 seconds!
- Enjoy!
