Produced by smallholder farmers in Guji, Ethiopia and processed at the Masina washing station, this coffee is the result of ongoing collaboration with Project Origin and Primrose, where carbonic maceration techniques were first refined. Carefully hand-sorted cherries undergo controlled anaerobic fermentation before being washed and dried on raised beds to build clarity and structure. Continued investment in both processing and local infrastructure supports quality while strengthening the surrounding community. The profile is vibrant and expressive, with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant, hibiscus, lemonade and mandarin curd.
