Produced at the Thageini wet mill by members of the Aguthi Farmer’s Co-operative Society in Kenya, this coffee reflects a strong focus on quality, community and shared knowledge. Ongoing collaboration with Project Origin has supported infrastructure improvements and processing innovation, including the introduction of carbonic maceration. Carefully hand-sorted cherries undergo controlled fermentation before being washed and dried on raised beds to ensure clarity and consistency. The result is a clean, structured coffee shaped by both meticulous processing and a deeply rooted farming community.
