Caturra, a natural mutation of Red Bourbon, is renowned for its high productivity and disease resistance. Ripe cherries are meticulously handpicked and sorted before drying slowly on raised beds. Conditions are carefully controlled to preserve its vibrant fruit character and ensure consistent moisture levels.
