Hector Saadvedra is no stranger to specialty coffee. The driving force behind his family's coffee production since childhood, Hector also leads a collective of 10 dedicated farming families in Peru. His quality initiatives have transformed these local farms into vibrant agritourism destinations, offering unique experiences to visitors and ensuring a more prosperous and sustainable future for their community. This Yellow Caturra lot was carefully hand-picked and sorted to ensure only the ripest cherries are used. Following a meticulous washing process to remove all mucilage, the coffee was sun-dried for 15 days on concrete patios leading to complex flavours in the final cup.
