Grown at 2,000 meters above sea level in the highlands of Calca this exceptional Bourbon variety comes from Gregoria Miranda Huaman’s Finca Mesapata. The cool, high-altitude climate naturally limits pests and diseases, creating ideal conditions for cultivating delicate varieties like Bourbon. This lot is processed using an anaerobic washed method: cherries undergo sealed, oxygen-free fermentation before being fully washed and dried. Peru’s rich coffee history and nutrient-rich soils are on full display in this clean, vibrant and sweetness-driven coffee.
