Adelino Vega Navarro is a producer with over 20 years of experience, growing Caturra and Catimor varieties on his farm in San Andrés de Cutervo. Working alongside his family, Adelino continues to focus on improving cup quality and farm productivity despite ongoing regional challenges including labour shortages and crop disease. This washed lot underwent a double fermentation and slow solar drying over 18 days, resulting in a bright and balanced cup shaped by Adelino’s dedication.
